Providing Care and Support for Survivors of Human Trafficking

Empowering Recovery Through Compassion and Community

About Us

Faith Collaborative provides emotional and spiritual support to victims of human trafficking and those at risk of exploitation. We establish safe and inviting spaces where survivors can seek comfort and access the essential resources needed for their healing and journey toward recovery.

Our Foundation of Care

Advocacy & Awareness

As we raise awareness and advocate for human trafficking, we collaborate with agencies at local, state, and national levels to address survivors’ recovery challenges. Many survivors have endured years of control and fear, limiting their decision-making abilities. Our mission is to make a difference by advocating for their needs and assisting them in overcoming these challenges.

Events & Tours

We host several events throughout the year, including outings to dinners, plays, musicals, and makeovers, which are among our favorites to demonstrate our care and support. The goal is to introduce survivors to environments that encourage their reintegration into the community. We understand that the arts provide a healing experience, allowing survivors to engage their senses in new and enriching experiences for learning and personal growth.

Instructional Care

We are dedicated to equipping survivors of trafficking with the tools necessary to rebuild their lives. That’s why we have partnered with the University of Maryland to provide hospitality training to survivors. Upon completing the program, survivors gain the skills and confidence required to pursue job opportunities in this industry. This collaboration represents one of the ways we are actively working to support survivors on their path to healing and independence.

Spiritual & Pastoral Care

Recognizing that spiritual care holds significant importance in the healing process for many survivors of trafficking, we offer pastoral support and counseling to those who seek it, irrespective of their faith or belief system, as part of our dedication to delivering comprehensive care. We believe that addressing the spiritual needs of survivors is an integral aspect of their holistic recovery journey.
