Survivor Listening Session

Your story can change how officers respond to trafficking survivors.

Faith Collaborative is inviting five survivors to help shape the training that law enforcement officers across Texas receive. Your knowledge — paid, respected, and protected — will directly improve how officers identify, investigate, and support people going through what you went through.

“Survivors are experts through their lived experience. Their expertise and voices are essential in helping law enforcement better understand how officer interactions can impact victim identification, safety, investigations, trust, and long-term recovery.”

— Faith Collaborative

This session will shape a real training, used by real officers.

What we'll talk about

Your knowledge, organized around your own timeline — before, during, and after.

You’ll only be asked to share what you’re comfortable sharing. This is a guide to the kinds of moments we’re hoping to learn from — not a script.

Before (Earlier contact)
During (While it was happening)
After (Investigation & recovery)

You are never expected to discuss anything you're not comfortable sharing — only what feels useful to pass on.

Is this the right fit?
